Shipping, Cancellation, and Refund Policies
Custom Orders
- Custom furniture orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
- After 48 hours, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
In-Stock Items
- Returns are accepted on in-stock furniture within 10 days of delivery or pickup.
- Returned items must be in their original condition.
- Refunds or store credit will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee.
Final Sale Items
- All custom-made and clearance furniture items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery and pickup fees are non-refundable once a delivery has been completed.
- Customers are responsible for any return transportation costs to bring items back to our store.
Warranty on Defects
- Furniture is covered under the lifetime warranty provided by our wholesaler to the original purchaser.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.
- The wholesaler provides free pickup from our retail store for approved warranty repairs or replacements.
- Customers are responsible for transportation costs to bring the item to and from our retail store for inspection or wholesaler pickup.
